Refer is an AI career agent called Lia. Candidates tell her what they want from their next role and she introduces them directly to decision makers at US tech companies, bypassing the application pile. Lia is free for companies; candidates pay a success fee of 20% of their first month's salary, and only if they are hired through an introduction she made.
